Mistel bottle: 75 cl 17% vol.
Grape varieties: Ugni-blanc (60%), Colombard (40%), machine-harvested
On the eye: amber yellow robe and golden glints.
On the nose: subtle and discrete, dried fruit aromas, apricot, walnut and gingerbread.
On the palate: a frank and expressive attack, with aromas of rancio and walnut that linger persistently in a warm finish.
Pineau (VDL) and food combinations: Comté cheese, apricot crumble and walnut cake.
